For Part 2 of this series of affordable housing complex interior and exterior images created for North Arrow Partners, I’m pleased to share this portfolio shot at Lincoln Lofts in Bloomington, IL. In Part 1, I shared images from another North Arrow Partners design in Henry, IL. This property is larger than the one in Henry, with more units (including one, two, and three bedrooms) – plus a playground. Residents may enjoy a fitness room, computer room, and craft/activity room, just inside the main entrance. Similar to the property in Henry, a large community room with a full kitchen is available for residents as well. A three-bedroom unit is shown below.
