Recently I had the honor of making portraits for this wonderful extended family near the historic Camelback Bridge in Normal, IL.
The Town’s Parks and Recreation Department completed the new hardscape under the bridge this summer, and it’s a lovely place for photography.
To coordinate their attire, they choose clothes in “any shade that a tomato might be,” which I thought was so creative and fun (think green, yellow, orange, red…all the colors that appear as a tomato ripens along a windowsill). The colors also really popped against the lush green late summer landscape.
We had so much fun! I had to include a couple of the outtakes that capture the spirit of our morning together.
Thank you for the opportunity! I hope these images are treasured for many years to come.
